Alan W. Dyer is Associate Professor of Economics at Northeastern University, Boston. His areas of interest are History of Economic Thought and Institutionalist Theory. He has published articles in the Cambridge Journal of Economics, the Journal of Economic Issues, Social Concept, and the History of Political Economy. He received his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, and his master's and doctoral degrees from the University of Maryland at College Park.
